~ Blessings ~

Blessings to you in all that you do,

As you journey this life, let love shine through.

Trust in the plan and make not a sound.

God is within you, his word so profound.

Be calm in your thinking and all that you say,

Commit to your truth, thank God each day.

Fill in each moment with joy for your life,

Count all your blessings let go of your strife.

Just like the sunset its beauty so rare,

Take time to inhale it, without worry or care.

 For you are always surrounded, protected and blessed.

Let God and the Angels take rest of the rest.

 Listen my friend to the voice deep within,

Follow its guidance and with it you win.

For abundance and peace are yours to behold.

Allow your life and your purpose to gently unfold.

Blessings will come as you journey this land.

Know you are carried in his divine hand.

Take care of each other for you walk not alone.

Let God be your guide and your cornerstone.

~ Love Me ~

As I sat all alone in an open space,

A wave came towards me without a trace.

As it came all around me its softness I felt,

My hurt and my grief it gently did melt.

As I sat in its warmth I felt complete and so whole,

Its love touched my heart and delighted my soul.

I felt nurtured and loved and my soul it did sing,

With praise to my God about this beautiful thing.

Oh! How lovely it would be to have someone so kind,

So compassionate of heart and gentle of mind.

Whose touch like this wave would gently impart,

A feeling of specialness and love in my heart

Someone so peaceful my soul it would rest,

In this sea of tranquillity I'd build my own nest.

Yet someone who dances, who laughs and who sings,

Who delights in bright mornings and sparkling things?

Someone whose mission is to bring heaven to earth,

To empower and encourage and bring dreams to birth.

Someone who kindness creates a womb so deep,

I can enter it in silence to cry or to sleep.

Someone whose wisdom is sent straight form above,

Who touches all peoples and guides them with love.

Someone I can journey with from beginning to end,

A light in the darkness, a companion, a friend.

And as I sat in this wave, an ocean so blue,

An Angel came close and whispered so true

"This person you dream of is not far away,

Is with you each morning till the end of the day.

This person is YOU who is whole and complete,

Who is loving and affectionate, compassionate and sweet.

You are loved by all nations, all planets, all stars,

And your name has been written from heaven to mars.

You are a child of the universe that no one can replace"

As she wiped the tears from my eyes and held me close to her face

"No one can love you as best as you can"

So I walked from this place my number one fan.

~ You're my Best Friend ~

As I walk along the shore tonight,

I think of you under a moon so bright.

The ocean it calms the air it stills,

As I walk alone between sea and hills.

I reflect on this journey between you and I,

And bless it with abundance like clouds in the sky.

We have travelled so far and ventured so deep,

Sometimes in waking and sometimes in sleep.

I've come to say "Thank you" for being my best friend,

I salute the team spirit from beginning to end.

You've helped me so much to trust what I feel,

To express what I need, to let go and be healed.

You embrace my excitement with discoveries so new,

Yet sit with me quietly when I'm sad or so blue.

You encourage me to write these words in a book,

So others may read them or simply just look.

You taught me to be patient to trust and let be,

For God has a plan just watch and be free.

You inspire me to be happy with just what I have got,

To enjoy each moment and not push for the lot.

You taught me compassion to reach those who reel,

Whose lives are in chaos and need direction to heal.

You lead me to touch the depth of my soul,

To be a mirror my friend to what's not humble or whole.

You have loved and supported and tucked me in bed,

Held me close to your skin and rested my head.

You stood by my side as I found whom I am,

Watched my dreams unfold, assisted the plan.

You are my "Best Friend" my teacher, my knight,

And on this little note I bid you good night.
